Bring light to your unconscious

September 30, 2011

We have all wondered why we have ended up doing just the opposite when faced with what we had a reasonable position... This is how the mind works, constantly debating between two sides of the same coin: the conscious and the the unconscious; the light and the dark. When your mind has not understood a lived moment, it creates a certain response that it stores. Thus, in your system of thought, "response files" are accumulated through which you will filter any stimulus that comes to you. The awareness it gets trapped in unconscious automatisms and gradually breaks up, you have multiple unconnected files that dictate your behavior, and that results in what you think, say and do going in completely different directions. To get rid of conditioning factors that take away your freedom to choose how you want to be and what you want for your life, you must enter with love and acceptance in the vast path of self-knowledge. If you honestly observe your reactions and your thoughts, if you are willing to admit that all your judgments are actually aspects of yourself that you reject, and that everything that bothers you or criticizes others are aspects of yourself that you do not want to see. , you will be transferring information from the unconscious to your consciousness, thus making it more and more extensive. In this way you become responsible for your own experience. Yoga, once again, helps you in the adventure of looking inward to expand your consciousness, because through its practice you eliminate existing blockages in the energy field, and if the energy flows properly you can dispose of it, among other things. many other things, to think and perceive reality clearly, without the illusory fabric that builds the ego and that separates us from our being. It can be said that with the help of yoga we connect with what we truly are and the reality that surrounds us. "We must learn to direct our attention to the hidden areas of our existence." (Jack Kornfield) Irune.
