Purifying your body with brown rice and miso

November 09, 2011

The way you feed yourself undoubtedly determines how you behave. Not only do you raise your vibration through yoga and meditation, food is the material that builds your temple, that of the soul, and hence the famous saying is true "we are what we eat". A proper diet provides you with the balance and energy that your mind will use to think more clearly. Also, if you look at the way you feed yourself, you will see reflected the degree of responsibility you have towards yourself. A good time to do a cleanse is now, in the fall, as the direction of the energy changes; although you can also do it after Christmas, after the excesses. If you cleanse your body, what you are going to do is give your internal organs a little vacation, they will work less and have time to clean and eliminate the accumulated toxins. I propose a diet, for a minimum of three days and a maximum of two weeks, based on brown rice and miso. Breakfast: Boiled brown rice. If you want to give it a sweet touch, you can add a cinnamon stick and a lemon rind, or a few pieces of apple during cooking. You can also season it with a little gomasio. Food: Boiled brown rice, a pinch of sea salt, and if you fancy seasoned with gomasio. Price: Miso soup (which will increase your vitality and help keep your body temperature stable), and brown rice boiled with a pinch of sea salt.

Keep in mind that during the cleanse you may notice some side effects, such as fatigue, irritability or headaches. Don't worry... your body is cleaning itself! Although if you suffer from a chronic disease, it is better that you consult your doctor before starting. Irune.
