Lakshmi, diosa hindú de la abundancia y la prosperidad

The Hindu goddess Lakshmi symbolizes abundance and prosperity, both material and spiritual. 'Lakshmi' comes from the Sanskrit word Laksme, which means 'purpose'. Thus, the goddess Lakshmi represents the purpose of life in all its aspects. In Hindu mythology, she is also known as Shri and she is the divine wife of Lord Vishnu whom she supplies with prosperity for the upkeep and preservation of creation.

Representation She is always dressed in a beautiful red sari, a color that symbolizes creative activity, with gold embroidery that indicates fullness and wealth. She appears sitting on a lotus flower, a position that means "Live in this world, but do not let the world possess you." The two (or four) white elephants flanking her represent purity and wisdom in all directions north, south, east and west. Each of his hands represents Dharma (duty), Artha (material abundance), Kama (desire) and Moksha (salvation). Cascades of gold coins always flow from one of his hands, appealing to the material and spiritual wealth that he always distributes to his devotees.

Lakshmi's role Lakshmi is the goddess of abundance, fortune, power, lust, beauty and fertility. She promises satisfaction and material happiness. His symbols are the lotus, rice, coins and the basil leaf. The beautiful Lakshmi is a favorite in the Hindu pantheon as she brings love into the life of those who glorify her and she also puts an extra in her pocket to help her walk about the world. If you have a business, it is very common to make a call to Lakshmi to ensure the success of your business. If this is your case, we suggest you do the following: place some grains of rice, some basil leaves and a coin between your papers and your business accounts. In this way you are attracting the power of Lakshmi to your finances. If you are looking for abundance in love, put together some rice cooked in basil water (the cooking process adds energy and emotional warmth). Then sprinkle the rice on the way to your house saying 'Lakshmi, let true love find the way to my house; let me take luck with me wherever I go.”

The festival of lights or Diwali is a celebration dedicated to Lakshmi in which each house lights candles and lights to welcome her. But first the house should be thoroughly cleaned. In fact, when you cleanse your physical space with ritual intent, you are actually cleansing your inner space. When you throw away old things, air out and brighten your home, you are making energy flow and purifying the space so that new things can enter your life. Lakshmi's mantra The mantra is the Goddess in sound. Repeating her vibration stimulates your conscious intention to invoke her and all that she represents. You can light a green candle (the color of abundance) and sing its mantra from the heart of it: Mahalakshmi Cha Vidmahi Vishnu patnyai cha dhimahi Tanno Lakshmi prachodayat

The Lakshmi mantra can be chanted to: Attract abundance in every way develop appreciation work on generosity Learn to surround yourself with beauty Feel fullness and fortune in your life To invoke Lakshmi is to know that abundance is infinite and always available, it is to release your intentions into the vast ocean of possibilities and allow the universe to work through you to give you everything you deserve.
