Yoga Cards or How to continue practicing in August?

BKS Iyengar teaches us how to cure and prevent diseases through the practice of yoga. This information has been compiled in a didactic format, to become a descent of cards called Yoga Cards. Yoga Cards will allow you to maintain your yoga and meditation routines during a trip or continue practicing in August from home.

Yoga Cards, what is it?

It is a deck of 60 cards, in which the asanas or yoga postures appear on one side and their benefits and contraindications on the back. In addition, it brings an appendix of healing asanas to heal various diseases and ailments, based on the experiences that Master BKS Iyengar indicates at the end of his book Light on Yoga. Each disease or illness indicates which cards to use for the corresponding healing series. The cards are divided into 3 levels of difficulty, differentiated by colors. The descent is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Where was the project born?

Yoga Cards is an entrepreneurial project that was born in Barcelona 3 years ago, under a Creative Commons License. Today, it has official and exclusive representatives in the US and Chile, and sells to more than 10 stores and yoga centers in Barcelona, ​​as well as in stores and centers around the world (Argentina, Mexico, Peru, Italy, France, Israel and India). ).

YogaCards is a complement to the practice of yoga and is aimed at men and women of all ages.
