Practice gratitude to reach conscious love

Jun 07, 2012

conscious love, since it does not expect anything in return, it can be understood as an irradiation. When love is expressed in this way, it is not something that is done but something that happens. The motivation of the acts of a person who does not consciously love is related to the search for the repetition of a pleasant sensation, that is, with the ego. Therefore, where the difference between loving with or without conscience really exists is in the motivation that sustains the acts. Loving as an action is not possible if consciousness is not integrated. Although it may seem complicated, this emotion is intrinsic to your true nature, but due to the mental program by which we function, you have moved away. So to live love consciously you first have to understand it, the problem is that by not knowing what it is specifically, you try to give something that you do not have, in other words, you cannot love others if you do not love yourself first. And how do you know if you love yourself? Well, very easy, if you deny yourself any emotion of poor quality and anything that does not suit you.

The good news is that conscious love can be trained through something very simple, gratitude. Gratitude means giving thanks from the heart. When you do, energy flows and certain responses are activated in the universe. If you express gratitude as part of the protocol, or because you think you should feel grateful, that emotion is not true gratitude and you will not get the same response. Gratitude is born from awareness and is not expecting anything in return. Also, if you know how to appreciate what you have, and learn to see that every difficult situation hides the gift of a lesson, that may not change the difficulties, but you will feel good. And that is heaven. I suggest that you practice gratitude with simple attitudes: - Appreciate everything in your life. - Be cheerful. - Remember the good of each person and situation. - Don't be stingy with praise. - Be affectionate, attentive and kind. - Recognize your worth. - Celebrate life.
