How to eliminate indigestion?

Jun 22, 2011

Reply from Swami Sivananda:
Eat when you are hungry. Don't eat anything between meals. Eat slowly, without rushing. Chew properly. Eat moderately. Avoid mixing too many foods in one meal. Drink a glass of water an hour before or after a meal. Fast on Ekadasi.

Do not eat anything before 9.00:19.00 am or after XNUMX:XNUMX pm. Looks after your teeth. Before or after each meal, avoid exertion, mental or physical. Relax for at least half an hour. A brisk walk is beneficial. Paschimottanasana, Halasana, Bhujangasana, Salabhasana, Dhanurasana, Mayurasana are especially beneficial for eliminating indigestion. Depression, worries and anxiety also affect the stomach. Be nice. Be regular in your Japa.

Thank you,
Nicole.
