How to use a nasal burbot

January 31, 2017

It's called nasal lota and it's so useful and simple that it should be in every house. Its shape is reminiscent of Aladdin's lamp, which gives it an aura of fantasy. Its function is nasal washing, associated with the energy channels of the neck and head, which is why it is considered essential to cure imbalances in that area. We review how to use it. You need: A nasal pot filled with warm salt water, ideally at your body temperature so as not to hurt yourself. Use a teaspoon of salt for every pint of water. The technique: Insert the tip of the nostril into our left nostril and gently tilt the head to the right allowing the water to run. Breathe through your mouth. The water should naturally flow in through the left nostril and out the right. Allow the water to run through your nostrils for approximately 20 seconds. Stir the burbot and blow through your nose with moderate intention, you don't want to hurt yourself. Repeat the same process but this time starting with the right nostril. Now you need to dry the nostrils. Bend down from the waist to your head on the ground and remain in this position for about 30 seconds, eventually blowing through your nose until all the water drains out. You may feel some burning at first and then see red eyes, this will stop after using the nasal spray a few times. It is recommended to repeat every morning and increase the frequency in flu-like or constipated states. Precautions: The water should only flow through the nose, if you feel it in the throat or mouth it indicates that the head position is wrong, adjust the posture with pause in that case. Make sure your nostrils are dry at the end of the process, otherwise you may experience cold symptoms afterwards. If you suffer from nosebleeds do not use the nasal lota. Profits:
  • Removes dirt and bacteria-filled mucus
  • Relieves colds and sinusitis, and other disorders of the ears, eyes, and throat such as myopia, certain types of deafness, tonsillitis, inflammation of the adenoids and mucous membranes.
  • It has a calming influence on the brain and is beneficial for epilepsy, migraines, and depression.
  • Gives a general feeling of lightness and freshness to the head and eliminates drowsiness.
