the art of flow

January 31, 2017

Observe the behavior of any animal, plant or phenomenon of nature and you will realize that there is nothing that is permanent, the night succeeds the day, after the cold winter comes spring, the flowers are born and then wither. .. then, why does our ego invest so much effort to achieve stability? The true purpose of life is the evolution to learn to love and be happy for yourself, for that you are here, so that through the events and the people with whom you interact you expand your consciousness.

Therefore, impermanence is a principle of harmony, since when you have learned something that life was teaching you, your circumstances will quickly change until they take you to the next lesson, and for that it is absolutely necessary to flow with confidence and detachment. If you don't fight against impermanence you will be in harmony with reality. On the other hand, if you let yourself be carried away by the voice of the ego, you will try to make reality adapt to your wishes, and since that could never happen, you will suffer. The truth is always one, whether you decide to go against it or flow with it, the only thing that is going to be different for you is be at peace or not. Flow has a lot to do with acceptance, if there is something that you are not accepting, even if it is only on a mental level, what you do is fight for external circumstances to be as you want, and that is when you lose fluidity. On the contrary, if you stop fighting against life and understand that the Universe operates under a perfect order, and that each circumstance is the natural effect of free acts that you yourself carried out, you free yourself. You can also take advantage of what that situation has come to teach you, that is, you can understand what the natural effects of the acts you previously chose are. The human being has a certain resistance to being absolutely happy since that requires trust and absolute faith in the unknown, in what cannot be controlled... in the mystery that is life! I think that is our greatest resistance. Tell me, what do you think?... Irune.
