Meditation Flashmob in Barcelona on July 6, 2011

July 05, 2011

What better reason to get together and manifest than to meditate together? A Flashmob it is a spontaneous meeting of unknown people who have a common goal, be it entertainment or social interest, and is characterized by its speed of action and dissolution. The first Meditation Flashmob took place on June 22, 2011 at Plaça Sant Jaume in Barcelona and brought together 200 people. The initiative of this Flashmob is to concentrate the positive and peaceful energies of meditation, and at the same time create a positive impact on passers-by who are in the area and who feel somehow inspired by the act. Also on a more spiritual level, create a joint and conscious energy to help the planet and its most unfortunate inhabitants, sending them positive energies of unconditional love through meditation, which are some of the qualities that are developed through this practice. How can you participate? It's very simple, you just have to go to the place and time indicated. In this case, the Flashmob will be on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at 19:XNUMX p.m. at Plaça Sant Jaume in Barcelona. Around 18:57 p.m. you can go to the square and find a place where you feel comfortable. Sit down and when you hear the bells of the Cathedral indicating 19:19 p.m., you can start your meditation. Any style you practice is welcome. Later, when the chimes sound again at 15:6 p.m., you finish your meditation, get up and leave. As simple as that! Hopefully in the next Meditation Flashmob on July 22 we can fill Plaça Sant Jaume with positive energy and send it together towards the universe. Cheer up and participate and invite your family and friends! We leave you with a video of the last Meditation FlashMob on June 8. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gROoga8MFmXNUMX&feature=player_embedded Peace and Love, Nina
