Geometría Sagrada: la Flor de la Vida y su significado

Everything in nature, from the house of a snail to the movement of the planets, responds to a geometric pattern, of which different geometric archetypes have been recognized. Today we are going to talk about one of them: the flower of life. The flower of life has 19 circles of the same size from which 36 arcs are born that make up a hexagon within a larger circle. The flower of life contains two other sacred symbols such as the seed of life and the egg of life, while at the same time two other forms are derived from it such as the fruit of life and metatron's cube.

His universal representation

According to a great expert in sacred geometry called Drunvalo Melchizedek, the flower of life exists in the depths of our consciousness, and this is demonstrated by Mesoamerican vestiges, because in any place where there were signs of consciousness thousands of years ago, representations of the flower of Life. Its name comes from its resemblance to a flower, and because it precisely represents the cycle of a fruit tree and its metamorphosis, which occurs in five steps: from the tree to the flower, from the flower to the fruit, from the fruit to the seed. and from the seed it returns again to the tree. Nature is always in this constant circular cycle. In this sense, the flower of life represents the origin of things and at the same time the indissoluble connection between all things. Its pattern is a network that interconnects all levels of the universe and represents unity with the whole, an idea raised in many philosophical currents around the world since ancient times. The flower of life is the sacred image of the unity of the cosmos, it is the matrix from which everything is born and to which everything returns. According to Melchizedek, this sacred symbol contains within its proportions every mathematical formula, every law of physics, every harmony of music, every biological life form including your specific body. It contains every atom, every dimensional level, absolutely everything contained in waveform universes.

Meditate with the flower of life

When you do a meditation observing the flower of life, what you are doing is dedicating your attention to the unity of the cosmos, to the connection between all beings, to the understanding that we are all one. Mandalas are, so to speak, simplified and decorated representations of the flower of life. Observe, draw and/or paint mandalas it is a beautiful journey of meditation in which one can open and expand their consciousness to this great universal idea that represents the flower of life. Sacred geometry comprises various “symbolic representations of the forces of the creation of the universe”. Don't miss our next post about metatron's cube and its meaning!
