Jun 28, 2014

It's almost here, we could start a countdown as if it were a rocket taking off. The Barcelona Yoga Conference 2014 announces its next trip from July 3 to 7, and among its hundreds of crew members it will once again have Leslie Kaminoff, bestselling author Yoga Anatomy. As if this were not enough, at the YogaYe stand we will have the great honor of receiving Leslie for a book signing, on Saturday 5 from 14:14.30 p.m. to XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. Leslie Kaminoff, an internationally recognized specialist for his work in the fields of yoga anatomy and breathing, is the founder and director of the New York Yoga Center The Breathing Project. In his more than thirty years of experience, he has developed specialized seminars and workshops for various yoga schools and associations around the world. His constantly evolving teaching method combines intellectual rigor, spontaneity, and a great sense of humor.
In Yoga Anatomy, co-written with Amy Matthews, Leslie studies various asanas - yoga postures - accompanied by illustrations in the style of anatomy atlases. A kind of compendium drawn on how to perform asanas in an intelligent way so that the practice is for today and always. The first edition of the book in 2007 sold out in a month and has been a top seller ever since.
During the Barcelona Yoga Conference 2014, Kaminoff will offer three seminars on therapeutic yoga that will combine talk and practice, to the delight of the rest of the crew. You can check the BYC program here. At YogaYe we are delighted to participate another year in this celebration of yoga -one of the largest in Europe-, mingle, learn, share, and even give ourselves the luxury of offering you a copy of Yoga Anatomy signed by its own author.
