Yoga is a path of experience and personal evolution that is not linked to any particular religion, although it is true that some philosophical schools and religions have adopted its practice as a means to achieve knowledge. To get to this, there are many paths within Yoga, and although you may be more identified with one in particular, as you progress, you may integrate more modalities, although you continue to give priority to the one with which you feel more comfortable. comfortable. Some of the most important paths of Yoga are: Karma Yoga or the path of action: any action of daily life is used to train the spirit of service, dedication and detachment, therefore, it is a type of conscious action devoid of ego. Bhakti Yoga or the path of devotion: the yogi channels all his love towards the object of his devotion, which may well be his teacher, the Divinity, the Absolute, humanity, etc., with this he seeks to transcend his ego and experience the feeling of that we are all one. Jnana Yoga or the path of inquiry and discernment: a process of inquiry begins to then transcend the limitations of the mind, and give way to the experience of the Ultimate Reality. Raja Yoga or the path of introspection: starting from the mental surface until reaching the deepest areas, and once there, understand the true nature to awaken the faculties and the potential that dwells within. Hatha Yoga or the path of balance of internal energies: these are effective and very precise psycho-physiological postures and techniques that have a direct impact on the body and mind, helping the practitioner to reach a state of greater consciousness.
