Third Chakra (Manipura) - your center of power

November 22, 2011

In order for all the ideas and projects that inhabit your mind to become a reality, the third chakra must become active, also called manipura, which in Sanskrit means lustrous jewel. manipura It is the great engine of your energy system, the one that will provide you with the capacity of will and the perseverance to materialize everything you propose. It is what motivates you to work, to set goals, to know when to obey and to know how to command. It is associated with the navel point, it is in that area where the fuel is concentrated. When you have the third chakra out of balance, two things can happen: either you go too far or you don't. If you do not arrive, it means that it is unbalanced by default, and what will happen is that they will invade you feelings of inferiority and insecurity, so you will go through life almost apologizing for existing, and disguising cowardice, most of the time, with politeness and respect. On the contrary, if you go too far, it is because the imbalance comes from excess, and some of the most common behaviors will be selfishness, anger, intransigence or harshness in ways towards others. So you will most likely fly into a rage, or become too rigid, in the face of normal incidents in everyday life. The balanced management of energy is the challenge that the vast majority of us face, and that consists of acting from your center to be able to project firm actions and without aggressiveness. Balance is born of respect, respect for oneself and therefore towards the other. Only if I respect myself can I respect you, and only from the true respect towards the other can I be implacable without exercising violence. Relentless because I respect myself, without violence because I respect you. "When we take our rightful place, we discover that we are unbreakable." (Jack Kornfield) Irune.
